How it helps

Use it for a focused task

Readers land on a single working page. They rate current comfort across four dining situations, pick a preset track, and receive a four-week roadmap of small outings.

Each week has a suggested venue type, a realistic scenario, a rescue plan, and a check-in button. Below the planner there is a scenario walkthrough, common mistakes, FAQs, and a printable weekly card.

Rate your comfort on the four sliders, choose a preset or leave it blank, then click Build my roadmap. Review the four weeks, print the card that fits your level, and come back after each outing to log how it went.
