This project helps Super 8 and 16mm filmmakers create accurate splice strips they can print on cardstock or adhesive paper. Each strip shows frame boundaries, sprocket-hole positions, and cut guides measured to real film dimensions.

The generator supports single splices and multi-frame repair strips, with presets for common tape-splice and cement-splice overlaps. Choose your film format (Super 8 or 16mm) and the number of frames your splice needs to cover.

Adjust the splice overlap in millimeters if you are using tape or cement. Click Generate to preview the strip on screen.
