How it helps
Use it for a focused task
This page contains a working calculator that adjusts film development times based on your specific film stock, developer chemistry, and water temperature. Below the calculator, you'll find a reference table with common film-developer combinations, temperature adjustment charts, and tips for push-pull processing.
The calculator uses Kodak's standard development formulas and accounts for temperature differences from the recommended 20°C (68°F). Select your film type from the dropdown, then choose your developer from the chemistry list.
Enter your actual development temperature in the input box. The calculator will show the base time for your combination and the adjusted time for your temperature.
